My lifelong journey to find balance is how cieravedawellness was born.
The accumulation of toxins in our bodies is inevitable. From the food we eat, the air we breathe, our water supply, clothing, cleaning supplies, beauty products, and more, we need all the help we can get when it comes to eliminating these toxins to maintain good health and heal dis-ease. Through detoxification, the body can restore balance and prevent illness.
MY STORY
My own detox journey began when I started experiencing a myriad of symptoms living in a polluted part of town, struggling with brain fog, mood swings, night sweats, anxiety, depression, all of it. My body intuitively was telling me I needed to detoxify at a cellular level, and when I started working with my first detox practitioner, it changed my life.
Veda”(वेद) translates to “knowledge” or “wisdom.”
When my symptoms subsided and I felt like my most vibrant self again, I knew I needed to help people on this journey as well. Most are unaware of the toxic burden we each carry and how it affects every system and biological process in our bodies. I noticed that people focusing on diet and exercise weren’t getting results because of foundational toxin overload.
It is my personal mission to create the same opportunity for others that was created for me- to detox the body using the best supplements and with the help of an educated and passionate practitioner.
And so cieravedawellness was born.
