CellCore supplements are the gold standard in detoxification because they target the root causes of chronic illness—down to the cellular level. Unlike conventional products that simply manage symptoms or push toxins through overwhelmed systems, CellCore uses a science-backed approach rooted in Carbon Technology, a proprietary blend of bioactive carbons that bind to toxins, support cellular repair, and improve systemic drainage.
Their protocols are structured to open up the body’s natural detox pathways in the correct order—starting with drainage and mitochondrial support before mobilizing deeper toxins like heavy metals, mold, and parasites. This phased approach reduces detox reactions and improves outcomes.
CellCore supplements are:
• Clinician-formulated and used in thousands of integrative practices worldwide
• Supported by rigorous case studies and real-world client success
• Focused on intracellular detox, not just flushing the gut or liver
• Designed to bypass compromised digestion and deliver nutrients systemically
For clients dealing with mystery symptoms, fatigue, brain fog, or unresolved infections, CellCore offers a structured, intelligent path toward deep, lasting healing—not just symptom suppression.

Ayurveda is an ancient system of healing that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. The word itself means “the science of life” (Ayur = life, Veda = knowledge). It’s a comprehensive medical system that addresses health on every level—mind, body, and spirit.
At its core, Ayurveda teaches that each person is born with a unique constitution made up of three biological energies, or doshas:
• Vata (air + ether) governs movement, nervous system, and creativity
• Pitta (fire + water) governs metabolism, digestion, and transformation
• Kapha (earth + water) governs structure, stability, and immunity
Health is defined as the balance of these doshas, along with proper function of bodily tissues and organs, clarity of the mind, aligned senses, and a deeply connected spirit.
Ayurveda also recognizes the subtle body, including the chakras (energy centers), which influence emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. Practices such as breathwork (pranayama), meditation, herbal therapy, and seasonal detoxes are used to restore balance and flow through these energetic pathways.
Ultimately, Ayurveda is both preventative and regenerative, guiding individuals toward harmony with nature’s rhythms, personalized nutrition, and intuitive self-care—so that healing becomes a natural and sustainable state of being.

Reiki is a form of energy healing that works by channeling universal life force energy to support the body’s natural ability to heal. It’s gentle, non-invasive, and works on physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels.
During a session, the practitioner acts as a conduit, directing energy through the hands to help release blockages, calm the nervous system, and restore flow through the body’s energetic pathways—including the chakras.
Reiki doesn’t treat symptoms directly—it clears stagnation in the energy field so the body can rebalance itself. It’s especially supportive during detox protocols, emotional healing, and periods of stress, as it promotes deep rest, energetic clarity, and alignment.
-
A healing crisis, also known as a detox reaction, is a temporary worsening of symptoms that can occur when the body is undergoing a healing process. It often happens when the body is trying to eliminate toxins, waste products, or other harmful substances that have accumulated in the tissues over time.
As these toxins are released and eliminated from the body, they can trigger a range of symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, skin rashes, digestive problems, and other flu-like symptoms. While these symptoms can be uncomfortable, they are typically short-lived and indicate that the body is going through a process of cleansing and restoration.
It's important to note that not everyone experiences a healing crisis, and the severity and duration of symptoms can vary widely depending on the individual, the type of healing modality being used, and other factors.
If you're experiencing any unusual symptoms during a healing process, it's always a good idea to check with a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying health issues.

The Organic Acids Test (OAT) is a comprehensive urine test that measures over 70 metabolites to assess how well your body is functioning on a cellular level—making it a powerful tool for detoxification.
It provides insights into:
• Mitochondrial function (how well your cells produce energy)
• Detox pathway efficiency, including liver and glutathione status
• Gut health, including yeast, fungal, and bacterial overgrowth
• Neurotransmitter balance and nutrient deficiencies
The OAT reveals hidden stressors that burden the body—like candida, mold, oxalates, and impaired detox pathways—so we can target them directly. For anyone experiencing chronic symptoms with no clear cause, this test uncovers the underlying imbalances blocking true detox and healing.

Detox isn’t just physical—it stirs up everything. Old emotions, unresolved trauma, energetic blockages. That’s why Reiki is such a powerful ally during the process.
Reiki works on the subtle body, helping to move stagnant energy that can surface as fatigue, mood swings, or even physical discomfort during a cleanse. It calms the nervous system, grounds your energy, and restores flow where things have been stuck—mentally, emotionally, or energetically.
During detox, the body is doing deep, heavy lifting. Reiki offers the softness. The reset. The spaciousness for your system to integrate and release on every level—not just through the liver or lymph, but through the heart, the chakras, and the soul.
Every session is like an energetic exhale—reminding your body that it’s safe to let go.

In Ayurveda, doshas are the energetic blueprints that shape how you move through the world—physically, mentally, and emotionally. They’re not just body types. They’re the elemental forces that govern everything from your digestion to your moods to how you process life.
There are three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
Vata is air and ether—light, dry, mobile. It rules creativity, movement, and the nervous system.
Pitta is fire and water—sharp, hot, and intense. It fuels digestion, focus, and transformation.
Kapha is earth and water—stable, nurturing, and grounded. It governs structure, immunity, and emotional depth.
You carry all three, but in your own unique balance. When that balance is off—when one dosha becomes too dominant—that’s when symptoms, imbalances, and stagnation can show up.
Understanding your dosha isn’t about putting yourself in a box. It’s about learning your natural rhythm—so you can nourish yourself in a way that actually works with your body, not against it.
-
In Ayurveda, detoxification isn’t just about flushing out toxins—it’s about restoring harmony between the body, mind, and spirit. It’s a deeply intuitive system that honors your unique constitution, or dosha, and helps you release what no longer serves you—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, Ayurveda uses food, herbs, daily rituals, and body therapies to support your body’s natural detox pathways. Think: warm herbal teas to ignite agni (digestive fire), tongue scraping to clear ama (toxins), and oil massages to move stagnant lymph and emotions.
-
Because detox isn’t just about what you take—it’s about what you release. And not everything you need to let go of is physical.
Energy clearing is included in every customized protocol because the body holds more than toxins. It holds trauma. Emotional residue. Stagnant patterns. Parasites feed off more than just waste—they cling to chaos in the system.
You can do all the binders and drainage work in the world, but if your energetic field is cluttered, healing will stall. That’s why we integrate clearing rituals—Reiki, breathwork, cord cutting, grounding, sound frequencies—to move what isn’t visible but deeply felt.
Clearing your energy is what creates space for true regulation. It opens the door for alignment, clarity, and a body that’s safe to heal in.
-
True detox goes beyond greens, binders, and sweating it out. It’s not just about clearing the colon or cleaning up your diet. If you’re only focusing on the physical, you’re missing half the picture.
The body holds memory. Emotions. Old stories. Trauma. Parasites and toxins don’t just live in the gut—they linger in stagnant energy, suppressed emotions, and blocked chakras. That’s why your detox must also move energy. Otherwise, you’re just recycling the same patterns.
Energetic detox clears what you can’t see—but can absolutely feel. It’s the heavy fog that lingers even after you’ve cleaned up your routine. It’s the emotional trigger that keeps resurfacing. It’s why you still feel off, even when you’re “doing all the right things.”
When we detox on an energetic level—through breath, movement, sound, intention, and frequency—we shift not just the body, but the field around it. And that’s when real healing begins.

WHY
CELLCORE?

ROADMAP TO HEALTH EXPLAINED
-
Focuses on mitochondrial, energy and drainage support:
this phase is critical to get the body ready and prepared to have the most success in the protocol, while at the same time, minimizing symptoms and detox reactions.
Virtually every cell in the body has energy factors called mitochondria. Mitochondrial dysfunction is the underlying reason why the body is not 100% well.
Mitochondrial function will return back to optimal ones. The root causes are removed. The roadmap to help addresses the sources.
Alongside energy is drainage. Drainage refers to the pathways that move fluids and debris through the body. If these pathways are plugged, and you jumped into detoxing or eliminating pathogens, you are more likely to get symptoms, as there is nowhere for the toxins and pathogens to go.
Water in it pathways lead to inflammation and slow down your progress through the protocol. Opening the drainage pathways and supporting them through the protocol will lessen symptoms and speed the process up.
It’s important to know and remember that drainage and mitochondrial support are a continuous process throughout the protocol. It’s not a one-and-done phase.
-
Focuses on the digestive tract:
The digestive tract is critical to address early on in a protocol, specifically, the critters that are in the gut. We start with parasites, since parasites are generally the biggest of the critters and often has toxins and other passages.
Removing the toxins stored within parasites is only possible when you remove the source: the parasites themselves. Also, removing other pathogens in the body-such as bacteria and fungi. It’s much easier once parasites are cleared out.
Cleansing parasites from the digestive tract, makes such a big impact on a persons health.
-
Focuses on going deeper into the body, into the tissues, to support the immune system:
Parasites do not just reside in the digestive tract. They can be in other areas of the body and disrupt cell function. There are certain parasites that have full lifecycles in the human body. This phase addresses those.
-
Focuses on detoxing, any chemicals and toxins that have accumulated.
chemicals and toxins create the environment that attracts pathogens and parasites. Detoxification is not a recommendation today, it is a requirement.
-
Focuses on clearing up the remaining pathogens:
The process of health restoration can be similar to peeling an onion. Each phase is peeling a layer back to get to the next layer or barrier in your health. I was talking to remove, this opens the body up for removing the final layer of pathogens that generally affect health.
-

DRAINAGE FUNNEL EXPLAINED
-
-
As far as terms, there is a big difference between Detox vs drainage.
Detox is grabbing onto harmful toxins and pathogens and pulling them out of the body.
Drainage is the process that facilitates the elimination of toxins and pathogens from the body.
-
these are all drainage pathways:
The colon (bowel movements)
The liver and bile ducts
The lymphatic system
The Glymphatic system (brain drainage to the lymphatic system)
Kidneys (urine excretion)
Skin (sweating)
-
Before you can focus on pathogen killing and or detoxing harmful chemicals out of the body, the drainage pathways need to be open and stay open during protocols.
If not, you are generally going to get symptoms and say:
“ I can’t handle detoxing”
“I’m herxing from killing these pathogens”
-
As you look at this diagram, you can see there is an order of priority:
on the left is a healthy drainage funnel
On the right is an unhealthy drainage funnel
The most important part of the funnel is the bottom, the colon. If the colon is backed up, then everything above gets backed up.
For those with health issues, going 2-3 times a day is the goal, but not to the point of watery stools
The next area is the liver and bile ducts.
This area is common to have issues with and very critical to keep open.
Then the lymphatics.
In order for the brain to drain, the lymphatic system has to be draining, the liver and bio ducts have to be draining, and the colon has to be draining.
What happens otherwise? Brain fog, headaches, memory issues, and unclear thinking can all be symptoms of poor brain drainage, and drainage funnel issues
-
Coming back to the liver and bile ducts:
When they are backed up, there is an emergency hatch that opens up for the toxins.
Instead of the liver processing toxins that get dumped into the bile and then into the intestines where it should go, the toxins are instead dumped into the blood. These then travel systematically and cause symptoms and other issues.
Research has shown that it affects the skin, including itching and rashes.
It also damages the endothelial cells of the kidneys and lungs.
As you keep the drainage funnel open and moving, you will feel much better in the protocols will be easier.
-
And last, but not least:
Think of mitochondria as a power switch to this whole drain drainage funnel.
Supporting the mitochondria will give organs the energy they need to properly drain.
-
It’s critical to support mitochondria and drainage at the beginning to prepare for the protocols.
It’s also critical to support mitochondria and drainage along your journey.
We might need to vary the amount of support as we go too.
